Case Study
BHT team was commissioned multiple trackers by Petronas, span across different markets and segments back in mid 2019. The team however faces challenges with timeline as client requested all 4 reports to be delivered on the same day, despite multiple negotiations. On top of that, client has given a strict timeline of 2 weeks post fieldwork to submit the report. Standard timeline for BHT report delivery has always been 4-5 weeks post fieldwork. Of the 2 weeks, up to 1 week is catered for QC, coding and data processing, leaving very little time for charting and report writing.
PowerPoint report automation became a core element during reporting stage for the team. The consistency which client requires on the report template across markets and for every quarter also enables more efficient automation setup and faster delivery (usually 1 day post data sharing). As a result, the team was able to meet client’s timing, developed a strong partnership and has successfully renewed the trackers for the 3rd year now.
