• Report template and data table structure have to be kept consistent for subsequent waves in order to achieve higher efficiency
• Any manual work (for instances, re-create new objects/ slides, moving PPT shapes/ objects to new position) will be taken care by researcher

Process

• Automation setup usually takes 2-3 weeks
• Able to setup the program in advance by using final template and interim data
• With the program ready in place, first report can be produced within 24 hours after receiving final data. Thereafter, 2-3 reports can be produced per day on an average
